How the offers differ

1. Cost structure. Year one: $349 for Clemta Essentials, $399 for us, both before state fees. Every year after: $349 against $99. At current prices, the two cross in year two and the gap widens by $250 each year.
2. What the yearly fee buys. Clemta's $349 keeps an address, reminders, and bookkeeping tools active. Our $99 is registered agent service only.
3. Bank application. Clemta provides guidance. We complete the application for our partners from your order and attach your filed Articles, ready from the moment your SS-4 is signed. It goes out once you approve. Approval rests with our partners.
4. EIN. Prepared by us on Form SS-4, e-signed, and faxed to the IRS, which normally issues it within two to eight weeks.
5. Published details. Clemta's pricing page doesn't list states, an EIN timeline, or a bank partner. Our package is Wyoming-specific, and the EIN steps are spelled out above.

Wyoming rules that apply to your LLC

• Formation fee: $100.
• Registered office: a physical Wyoming address where legal papers can be served in person. A PO box on its own doesn't meet the requirement.
• Annual report and license tax: $60 minimum, owed each year by the first day of your anniversary month; early filing allowed up to 120 days ahead.
• Late filings: over 60 days late risks administrative dissolution.

What are Clemta's plans?

Essentials at $29 a month billed annually ($349 a year), Pro at $89 a month billed annually ($1,068), and Premium at $240 a month billed monthly. State fees are extra, and plans auto-renew unless cancelled.

Does Clemta Essentials include tax filing?

No. Federal tax filings start with the Pro plan. Clemta's pricing page doesn't mention Form 5472 by name, so ask them to confirm.

Does Clemta publish its EIN process for owners without an SSN?

Not on its pricing page. Our package covers it: you e-sign a Form SS-4 we've completed using the no-SSN procedure, and we fax it to the IRS.

Is your registered agent renewal really $99?

Yes. The first year is part of the $399 package, and each year after that is $99. You can cancel from your dashboard, though Wyoming requires every LLC to have an agent.

Who files the Wyoming annual report?

Clemta includes yearly state reports from Pro upward. We don't file them, so with our package you submit the report and license tax yourself.
